    The hotel is strategically located near both the bus station and the port, making it easy to travel around. Rooms are clean, and the lovely staff speaks English, providing great service. There are snacks available all hours, and the hotel boasts great security. Guests can call a cab easily, and it is an ideal place for an overnight stay to catch an early ferry.

    Soundproofing could be better, which could affect light sleepers.

    During our New Year stay, we appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks available at all hours. The staff was lovely, English speaking, and helpful in calling cabs for us. Additionally, the hotel was secure and very clean. The location was perfect for catching an early ferry and was close to the port.

    We were disappointed by the lack of hot water and poor soundproofing. We were also awakened by noisy guests at 3 am. Additionally, the hotel’s location was not as advertised and there were no restaurants or amenities nearby.

    The hotel's amenities were also excellent, with a little pool outside and snacks available at all hours. The location near transportation made it easy to move around this city.
